Allsorts Week 222 - Its all in the sentiment

Hi All

This week Brenda is challenging us to make the sentiment the key element of your card. 

I have had a sheet of peel off sentiments kicking around for a couple of christmases and decided I would try and use one

Allsorts Week 221 - Use Acetate

Hi

I hope you are all having a lovely summer

This week at allsorts Helene is challenging us to use acetate, as a lot of my stuff is still in boxes and I don't know where to start looking for things I thought this may cause me a few challenges however I decided to make use of my new tonic cracker die and make a box with an acetate insert (after managing to find some acetate!

Jodie from tonic does a box tutorial however as I don't have big enough card I decided to design my own and use 12 X 12 sheets - I guess with the bigger size you could fit 6 crackers in

I am really pleased with these and am going to try and make a baby gift set next

Penny Black and More - In the Garden

This month I am GDT at Penny Black and More with the theme in the garden

I have used a penny black stamp for my creation called Sunny Days

I made my own background paper for this one using a mix of versa magic chalk ink eyes and a bamboo green memento ink.

The stamps I used are a Paula Pasqual clear set which included the sentiment

Allsorts Challenge week 218 - Photo Inspiration

Welcome to another Saturday at Allsorts.  As regular visitors will know I have been moving house so have not had much time to post etc., I have now semi uncovered my craft stuff so aim to rectify that.
