Sir Stampalot May Challenge

As the prize is an amazing array of tim holtz items i thought it only appropriate to do a bit of distressing!

The background paper is torn and distressed with brushed courdroy. I have stamped the flowers onto card which has been distressed with peeled paint, pine needles and vintage photo inks, i have cut and layered theM and used beads and wires to make the middles.

Butterflies are stamped on acetate which has been alcohol inked, i couldn't seem them very well on the background so distressed some card in a neutral shade and layered this underneath for a bit of dimension.

A few embellishments here and there and as Gordon says "DONE"

This card has taken me an age to make but i think it is pretty spectacular!

  1. Hi Tracy

Lots of work in this one and as you say very fitting that it has some distressing - imagine that's how Gordon feels as well !

I know the card must have taken you ages, but a really great finished piece of artwork.

Thank you for joining us at Stampalot challenge this month and good luck.
