This weeks challenge at Just Magnolia is Vintage. I have made a christmas card using the lovely father christmas i bought last year and i think it has a vintage feel to it.
This weeks challenge is 3 flowers, 2 papers, 1 ribbon. I bought these stamps recently and although they are probably more for easter time i just think they are cute so they will be all year rounders for me.
This weeks challenge is a sketch. I have used Basic Grey Papers and a punched strip by crate paper, i have stamped and cut the flowers and the images are coloured with pro-markers. I have added some gems throughout. The images are from the magnolia spring kit.
The challenge this week is Happy Birthday and this Basic Grey Nook and Pantry Paper can't be much more birthday based with all the cupcakes (Yum). The flower are all the new prima e-line range and i have used to sparkly buttons and gems to give it a little bling. I like this image and the first time i have used this stamp. Pleased with the result on this one.
My first time entering a Magnolia challenge and this one was to make an Easter basket. The stamp is Tilda picking violets. I stamped her onto 300gsm watercolour paper and then painted her with distress inks and highlighted her with glitters. I have made the basket from purple checked scrapbook paper and added an edge made with my martha stewart punch. 2 ribbons on the handle and highlighted with some flora doodle flowers. Quite a nice Easter treat for my sister.
