Lili of the Valley Challenge

The challenge is anything but a square and i am hoping this shaped card fits the bill!

I have used pom pom who has been glittered and coloured with pro markers. The papers and embellishments are all by craftwork cards.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

This weeks challenge is a sketch. I wanted to go for a monchrome feel to this card. The papers and card are all craftwork and i have used a marianne flourish. The cat is from a clear set cute out on a nellie snellen die and i have done a small amount of colouring with pro markers.

Allsorts - Recycle

Well this card made me think!

My new Lili of the valley images arrived this week (and more may have to follow :o)) and i have enjoyed colouring them up with my pro markers and glittering them - i do still need to work on my colouring!

The recycled element was a piece of a paper bag i got some papers in, i cut out my image with a nellie snellen die, the flowers are are marianne dies, which i have topped with buttons tied with bakers twine, the leaves are a little claire die and i have added a craftworks greeting and a few dew drops.

Quite pleased with the result

Happy Birthday Mummy

I bought a couple some of the new graphic 45 papers after seeing a lovely card made with them and then i saw this little calendar block and thought i would make my mum a little office calendar for her birthday. I have used some seam binding, german glass glitters, martha stewart doily punch to make the flowers and some heart gems. I also used a marianne swirl and a martha stewart heart punch. Had a bit of a spendathon since christmas so time to start behaving again. Looks so pretty though.

Have learnt to edit my phot's in picasa and blog them tonight so i now have my name on my card too. really pleased with myself lol

Not for a challenge but a pretty one to share!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge

A nice challenge this week where you get to choose four items from a crafty buffet (calorie free)!

I chose: Ribbon, patterened paper, 3 flowers, 3 pearl gems.

I have used a bunny from a clear set coloured with pros and cut out with a nellie snellen die, there is also a piece of patterned paper cut with a martha stewart punch. I have used some german glass glitter and mini butterflies to embellish.

You can find the challenge at Penny Black Saturday Challenge (i have finally learnt how to do the hyperlinks properly hurrah!)

Allsorts - Teal blue and brown

This weeks challenge is to use teal blue and brown and i have enjoyed every minute of this card this afternoon, so much so that i can see a couple more colourways being made too, i coloured the image a few weeks ago as sometimes you need to do something but can't complete a whole card!
You can find the challenge at Allsorts Challenge

I have used a martha stewart punch and a marianne die which i have embellished with butterflies and pearls, haven't added flowers to a card for a while and i have missed them - so glad christmas cards are over and this card is already having me dreaming of spring on the allotment.

Hope you like it!

All you need is Love

and i wish i could find some lol!

This months challenge is love themed (not my favourite) so i have dusted off a clear set. I used some nice heart scrapbook papers which toned with the red card and and have tried to make something which is cute but not too girly!

Sir Stampalot challenge - Winters Tale

Well you can't get much more of a winter time story than the birth of Jesus and these 3 kings are on their way to find him following a star.

The kings are by Art impressions, coloured with pro's and embellished with gold ink.

i don't know if you can see but the backgorund paper is also small crowns and i have added some printwork stamps to this as they are so appropriate.

Allsorts Challenge - Thank You

Happy New year.
As you will see above i have a new personalised stamp from father christmas and needed to show people who would appreciate it!

My first challenge of 2011 and it seemed appropriate to use my new sales purchases :o) i have used a double sided scrapbook paper (which i wish i had bought more of now) and a popcorn bear image which i have 3'd. I have used two nellie snellen dies, some gold pearls and the thankyou stamp is by personal expressions. Coloured with pro's as usual :o)

Happy Crafting to one and all.
