Recycle

Well, the recycled element is a lovely piece of black elastic from a top i bought. I don't know if you can see very well but i have turned the penny black image into a glittery panel, using double sided adhesive sheet and some glitter - looks pretty when not on a photo lol.

Anything Tim

I have a love of all things alcohol inks at the moment and creating silhouettes with lovely
images! These ones are by inkylycious and i love them already!

I have made a smaller easel card using my nestabilities and think this is quite a nice
size for a little card for someone.

For a Special Lady

This card is for a little girl called Poppy who is being christened tomorrow. I think that
classes as a card for a special little lady. These lovely poppies are by sheena douglas
and after much resistance i finally indulged. I seem to have a bit of a thing for poppies!

Spring has Sprung!

This weeks challenge is "Spring has sprung", i've just a clear set which is full of lovely spring images. I've used a tower of chicks and a little chick in a basket, layered with nesties and coloured with promarkers. The paper is lovely but i cannot remember what make it is. I have also used a new corner die.

The Stampman Challenge - Floral Theme

This challenge is floral which is not much of an issue for me as i love flower stamps. I made a background with alcohol inks and stamped the agapanthus cluster onto it. I made a butterfly border strip and added some text to the corner and added gold dots throughout.

Really pleased with the result of this one and think it will be going to my lovely mum!

Welcome Spring

This months challenge at penny black at allsorts is welcome to spring. I have used my favourite spring stamp which is this cute little hedgehog with a daffodil. I have overstamped 2 layers with a penny black paisley stamp and some detail white embossing powder. The white card around the hedgehog was distressed and i have added some ribbon and a greeting.

Spring is in the air!

I have used a clear set by printworks to make this card and distress inks. I have coloured the flowers in with pro markers and put glossy accents on the card to make them more prominent. You cannot see much of the stamped background i have layered behind the card but it is there lol!

Allsorts - Card for a teenager

Haven't been one of these for a while but i think this is quite funky!!

The dragonflies are judikins and have been stamped on pattern paper and cut out. You probably cannot see but i have overstamped again with some gold ink and a crackle stamp. The little stamp with the butterflies and dragon fly is also judikins and the saying by printworks. I made the background with another butterfly and some silver embossing. I am pleased with it.
